Durham, N.C. — Durham Community Schools is setting up new colleges to hold up with the expanding inhabitants.
Lyons Farm Elementary College will open its doorways to learners this August, although the new Northern Superior School opens next fall.
The design on Lyons Farm ensured preservation of the farmhouse’s original basis, and it retained trees shielding the developing from the highway. The new school will reduce overcrowding stress on other schools in the process.
