From Lincoln’s Desk – Upcoming Changes at NCEA

I am creating to let you know of impending improvements at NCEA, and how we will apply new positions to have interaction with membership at all concentrations. 

Jill Annable, senior vice president for plans, will be leaving NCEA on July 15 to serve Catholic educational facilities as a consultant as a result of the Andrew M. Greeley Centre for Catholic Schooling at Loyola College. Colleen McCoy-Cejka will be leaving NCEA as director of expert learning on June 30 to seek the advice of and offer plan improvement on inclusion to Catholic faculties. We’re immensely grateful for the contributions that Jill and Colleen have created to NCEA, and our work on the NSBECS Advisory Council, microschools, the worldwide Laudato Si’ Action Platform and specialist improvement will keep on under new management.

I am happy to announce Karen Barreras, former superintendent for the Diocese of Reno with some 30 years’ practical experience in Catholic education and learning, as our director of management engagement. Her principal purpose will be to function with Catholic college superintendents and community leaders, guaranteeing that we have powerful peer networks in each condition and across every single area.
